Setidar was recorded during 1999 – 2002. These are instrumental songs, driven by guitar and electronic drums. Many of the songs contain a quite unusual diversity in between their parts. Therefore, a sequential character of the pieces will never allow you to get bored. This music is young and of experimental character, as is the composer.
Actually, don’t stop the music was the first song produced using my current production system, which is Cubase. I was working in an more or less professional studio then, but recordings were made with my Terratec ISA-port audio recording device. Many of the sounds contained come from my Technics KN-500 Keyboard. I am especially fond of the funky bass which is introduced later in this piece. It’s actually a pitch-shifted guitar.
